The Schedules page allows you to set create a schedule to crawl data sources at regular intervals. The screen displays all existing data sources, in addition to the following information: how many documents are in each one, the current status, when the most recent crawl was, how long it lasted, when it will run again, if a schedule has been set for the data source, and if the schedule is active.
To create or edit a schedule, click Edit on the left hand side of the data source row. The Help page Create or Edit a Schedule describes the options on the edit screen in detail.
Schedules can also be set with the Data Source Schedules API.
| A schedule may be listed as "custom" on this screen if it has been set with the Data Source Schedules API and the options selected do not match the options available in the UI. The schedule can still be edited with the UI, but only the default options are available and it will overwrite the custom schedule. |
